The Dance Club has a secret basement called the Boiler Room. To go to the Boiler Room go to the Dance Club and click on the top-right speaker. You can also get there through the green door in the Club Penguin Ice Caves. If you need to read the latest half dozen issues of The Penguin Times you can find them in the Boiler Room a filing cabinet.
